An Ice-Cream when UPSET struck your feelings.

Hola and Salam,

Tahu tak macam mana nak heal rasa upset dengan sangat cepat dan sangat berkesan?
Me, I will grab a big bowl of ice-cream and eat it alone like no one care.
Tell you what, bila 1 mangkuk ice-cream tu habis, the sadness are all gone.
Seriously. Boleh juga makan ice-cream tu sorang-sorang and cry out semua kegeraman,ke-sakit ati-an yang terpendam and bila ice-cream tu habis,kamu akan rasa lega.
Itu lah yang I buat each time bila sedih, bila takde sapa kita nak mengadu.
Last night, I was having Walls Double Dutch alone at my room.
Like what I said, habis kan ice-cream tu, and I akan happy semula.
Disebabkan kat kluang ni takde Baskin Robbins, I pilih Walls Double Dutch!
                                                                                                    


Nampak sedap kan. Dia bukan sekadar ice-cream,tapi dia juga pengubat rasa sedih. 
Try lah. It's work on me!

Selain dari makan ice-cream,
boleh juga 
hug your friend, and tell her everything.
AND believe that everything is always getting better.

Truths are hurt.
